Nikolaos Simou

Nikolaos aka Nikos graduated with a first-class honours in Computer Systems Engineering  from the Sussex University in 2002, received an ESPRC studentship for his MSc in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems (School of Computer Science, University of Sussex) in 2003 and successfully defended his PhD thesis on fuzzy knowledge representation and reasoning in 2010 (School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens). Since then he has been involved in many Europeana oriented projects, coordinating activities related to semantic interoperability, resource discovery and linking, as well as data modelling and prototyping.
